For beginners looking to build confidence and skills on the ice. Perfect for those who are new to skating and want to develop their basic skills! ⛸️
In partnership with the Buffalo Sabres
Registration is thought the sabres for Learn to Play. Once you complete the Learn to Skate you will be provided with that registration link. This program introduces kids to the fundamentals of Hockey. Participants will learn the essential skills of the game, including passing, Shooting, and team play.
Heroes House League (Beginner Level) Saturday mornings Bud Bakewell Rink -- The schedule is simple with just one skate per week, focusing on skill development and an introduction to the game. The First Half of the year will focus on practices, while the second half will consist of in house organized games!
MOHL Local Travel (Competitive) -- For kids who have advanced in their skills and are ready for more competitive play. These teams will travel locally and participate in League play vs other local organizations. This is a much more demanding schedule, with 2-3 skates per week, practices, scrimmages and games. (possibly 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u teams depends on registration numbers and other factors)
